FBI Agent Neville Flynn (played by Samuel L. Jackson) takes on a Boeing 747 flight from Honolulu to Los Angeles filled with venomous snakes set to kill a key witness, Sean Jones (played by Nathan Phillips) in a murder.
As the plane gets closer to the destination Agent Flynn discovers more in-depth details about the passengers aboard the aircraft and the mystery behind the 747's precious viper cargo. Will Agent Flynn be able to save Sean and the other travelers?
