On the Map

Hamilton’s big break came in 2002 when he sang the hook on the hip hop group Nappy Roots' song, “Po Folk.” Two years later, Hamilton had another hit courtesy of a rap collaboration with Jadakiss on the track “Why,” which was nominated for a Grammy for Best Rap/Sung Collaboration in 2005.
