Take em to Church: Kelly Price

Although Kelly Price is most well known for her time in the limelight, less is known of the little singer she was back at her home church of Full Gospel Mission Church of God in Christ in Queens where she was nicknamed "Little Mahalia Jackson." Like many other talented R&B singers, the pulpit served as the first of many stages that Price would perform on both in the limelight and backing up other stars. In advance of BET's Celebration of Gospel we take a look at the evolution of Price's singing career.
