Roughly 1,800 New Yorkers are stopped each a day, and accoridng to the New York Times, 20 percent involve force. Last year, 87 percent of those who were stopped and frisked were either Black or Latino males. Why is the number so disproportionatley high amongst men of color? Watch T.J.
