Three is the magic number this season on Lens on Talent. The critically acclaimed talent show, which has spotlighted up-and-coming filmmakers in the past, is shifting focus for their third season and showcasing fresh talent in the fields of music, dance and fashion. One thing that hasn't changed about Lens on Talent: it's still sponsored by Johnson & Johnson.
A triumvirate of expert judges in each category will choose which aspiring artist has the talent, ambition and work ethic to make it in their chosen field. Video footage of these individuals will be uploaded to BET.com in the “Ones to Watch” section and promoted virally. BET users will then be able to vote online for each contestant, with one winner in each category receiving a grand prize of $10,000.
