Actress RaéVen Kelly speaks on her Hollywood experiences. The 25-year-old actress reveals which role opened her eyes to child abuse and talks about the challenges of resisting sexual pressure in Hollywood.
Kelly has been acting in films and television since 1991. Her film credits include playing young Tina in What’s Love Got to Do With It and roles in How to Make an American Quilt, Ghosts of Mississippi and Preacher’s Kid. She has appeared in many television series, including I’ll Fly Away, Living Single, ER, Even Stevens and Hannah Montana.
Gary LeRoi Gray tells us about his writing team. The former child actor talks about how he dealt with lack of originality and inspiration in Hollywood and shares his experiences as a Christian in Japan.
You might remember Gray as a child actor on the final season of The Cosby Show, on which he played Sondra and Elvin’s son, Nelson. His TV and film credits inlude Even Stevens, Bring It On: All or Nothing and Noah’s Arc: Jumping the Broom. He has also lent his voice to a number of children’s animated series, including Rocket Power, The Jimmy Timmy Power Hour and The Fairly OddParents.
