When you look at talent above all else, then songbird Elle Varner is definitely one of R&B's rookies of the year.  Although her first single, "Only Wanna Give It to You" featuring J. Cole, was amazing, "Refill" is the romantic single that made all of us fall head over heels for the songstress.
