In Memory of Mia Amber Davis (July 25, 1975 – May 10, 2011)

As a plus-sized model, actress, television producer, magazine editor, motivational speaker and style consultant Mia Amber Davis wore a variety of hats during her lifetime and she pulled them all off with style. We had the pleasure of watching the multi-talented beauty shut it down for BET’s Rip the Runway catwalk in both 2010 and 2011, and as we gear up for another year, we remember all that Mia gave. She wasn’t just a pretty face. Here we take a look back at some of her accomplishments.
