Independent Women - The Destiny's Child trio remained in it for the long-haul with hits like "Lose My Breath," "Cater to You" and "Say My Name," just to name a few. But in the end, it seemed fitting for all three ladies to pursue their own solo careers and move forward from the inner turmoil haunting the group after losing three members since DC's first debut. Regardless, all three women remain extremely close and continue to reunite whenever possible. (Photo: Sony BMG Music Entertainment)

Say Yes - Even while part of the Grammy-winning and critically acclaimed female R&B/pop group Destiny's Child, Michelle always held tight to her church roots. In 2002, she released her debut solo album, which reached No. 1 on Billboard’s Gospel Albums chart.
