Will wide-receiver Jason Pitts be able to overcome his injury?
Despite winning the game, Saber nation received yet another shake-up when wide receiver Jason Pitts was dealt a severe concussion. Despite Bryce "Blueprint" Westbrook's optimism, we've uncovered some footage with Chardonnay Pitts and the Sabers' doctor that points to a less than desirable assessment.
Jason Pitts has tried to remain hopeful on social media. However, given the type of injury he has, the road to recovery may not be easy.
I'd rather be the late great Jason Pitts, 10X All Star Future Hall of Famer who brought the city 2 chmpshps than live 4ever as some reg dude— Jason Pitts (@JasonTheGame) July 22, 2013

Even more perturbing are Pitts' recent tweets in which he reiterates what he just said. You're average physician would call this a sign of short-term memory loss and it is an obvious result of a concussion.
Speaking on historical terms, the Sabers may have to chalk up their season as a loss similarly to the Giants during the 2008-2009 season. This was the same year wide-receiver Plaxico Burress accidentally shot himself, which led to a disappointing season for the defending champions.
