Plaxico Burress

As if shooting yourself in the leg at the club weren’t bad enough, wide receiver Plaxico Burress was also arrested for carrying an unlicensed handgun as a result of the 2008 incident. Thanks to strict gun laws in the state of New York, Burress was sentenced to two years in prison. He’s scheduled for release later this year.
