"I used to be so regimented. So now I try to find so much more of a balance. It's OK to not be so hard on myself. I would work out even if I was exhausted.
I like to spin. I like to do yoga. I like to do weights. I used to do hardcore weights. I just felt it was too hard on my body. And then I eat healthy. I'm not like 'no bread ever.' I don't eat a lot of sugar. I really try to eat to be healthy."
