About the Healthy Fitness Challenge

It's never too late for you to achieve your goal of getting healthy and fit.

Earlier in the season, The Mo'Nique Show issued you a challenge. We asked you to upload a video explaining why you wanted to get in shape. (That portion of the Challenge has now ended.) For those of you who have already uploaded a video, we will select three finalists who will appear on The Mo'Nique Show. Throughout the 12-week Healthy Fitness Challenge, Jenkins has provided a daily customized workout plan that includes an inspirational tip, an exercise for the day, instructional videos, a meal plan, nutritional advice and much more. You can find the daily plans below.
