· Successfully pass background check (credit, criminal and reference)
· BS in Accounting/Finance or equivalent work experience
· Four years or more of expense report processing
· Three to four years General Ledger account reconciliation experience
· Three to four years of Payroll processing experience
· Accrual Basis Accounting experience
· Proficient in Excel & MS Word
· Strong communication, analytical, customer service, computer and organizational skills
· Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of information, exercise good judgment and discretion in handling and dissemination of information
· Ability to handle multiple tasks with rapidly changing priorities and deadlines
· Ability to work beyond normal work hours/days when needed
