Responsibilities |
• Conceive and write proposals, identify and help create new sponsorship opportunities • Create sales sheets and selling materials to support online and network sales team • Develop partnership with the Account Management team to support and execute ad sales initiatives • Verify accuracy of internal and external Insertion Orders, identifying discrepancies or inconsistencies before the insertion order is signed • Proactively manage projects to completion, ensuring that they are in compliance with the specifics detailed in the signed Insertion Order • Act as a liaison with all departments to coordinate and manage the flow of information as it relates to executing a campaign • Provide weekly unit-by-unit delivery reports to Account team and client • Use DART and/or other third-party systems to manage and forecast the financial success of campaigns • Write copy for client promotions (micro-sites, sweepstakes, co-branded ad units) |

Qualifications |
• Minimum of 3-4 years experience working in interactive media (prior experience working at or with interactive advertising agencies will be strongly considered) • Proven experience in developing creative, innovative and effective proposals and marketing materials for an advertising sales team, preferably with an internet site • Knowledge of building micro-sites, sponsorships and other advertising programs • Extremely detailed oriented, with the ability to manage many tasks at once • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills • Experience working in a fast paced, constantly evolving, team environment • Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint • BA/BS or equivalent |
