Job Summary |
The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in all aspects of software development life cycle from requirements gathering and analysis, design, developing and debugging code using Visual Basic.NET, C#, ASP.NET, SQL and shell scripts. Candidate will be responsible to assist in developing, testing, deploying and maintaining Windows-based applications, XML Web services, and SQL Server 2000 and 2005 Enterprise databases using the Microsoft .NET framework. Additionally, the candidate must be highly experienced in supporting SQL Server 2000 and 2005 Enterprise E-Business suite of applications, demonstrates a strong knowledge of internet routing, LAN/WAN networking activities, analytical tool kits and Business Intelligence.
Candidate must have a strong background in Microsoft Operating Systems environment. Also, the candidate should have a working knowledge of the Unix Operating Systems.

Responsibilities |
Provide technical assistance in application design, development, implementation and maintenance for a variety of complex systems supporting BET Financial Information Technology AND Accounting Systems.

Qualifications |
Candidate must have a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Financial Information Systems, Management Information Systems or equivalent. A 3+ years of experience providing high level systems support in a heterogeneous network and relational database environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with cross functional teams are essential.

Other Desirable Applications |
Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains, FRX, F9, Microsoft Office Professional, Crystal Reports Business Intelligence, SQL Server Reporting Services, SQL Analysis Services, and XL Reporter.
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains or Oracle Financial Resources and ERP is a Plus.
