Wale took to Instagram to share the news of his aesthetic departure. "Man idk what I'm doin but I know I need to make changes .. find my happiness , could this be phase one?" he wrote. Basically, Wale is in the midst of an existential crisis and wonders if changing his hair will change his life. We, too, consider a drastic hair change when we're going through it, so this is incredibly relatable. Wale noted that Issa Rae suggested he opt for a change.

This is probably the biggest hair news in hip-hop since The Weeknd rid himself of his anthropomorphic pineapple. We can't wait to see what his new hair will look like!
