Former Philly Mayor in Hot Water - John F. Street, the former mayor of Philadelphia, could face some legal trouble soon. While Street was chairman of the Philadelphia Housing Authority, he and his team abused his position to award several million dollars in contracts to outside legal firms, included one his son Sharif Street, worked for, according to a report released by the U.S. Housing and Urban Development’s Office of the Inspector General (OIG).
