Building her fan base via social networking sites, Azealia Banks rose to fame in 2011 after releasing her major debut "212." With fans following and critics buzzing, the Harlem-raised singer/rapper is quickly rising to superstar status. Her debut EP 1991 hit the net May 29, 2012 and dropped in stores June 12, followed by her freshmen mixtape Fantasea in July. Next up is her introductory LP, Broke With Expensive Taste, which is led by the single “Yung Rapunxel.”
