DJ Quik

As one of the most respected artists in the hip hop world, DJ Quik has enjoyed a long-lasting career as both a rap star and mega-producer. His 1991 debut Quik Is the Name reached platinum status and opened up doors for the Californian to collaborate with big names like Janet Jackson, Snoop Dogg, Ice Cube, Bun B and Jay-Z.  To this day, he continues to write, rap and produce tracks that keep his name among hip hop's elite.
