Rapper/Producer Earl "E-40" Stevens is the Vallejo, California, rapper and producer who is known for his penchant for creating hip-hop slang. Entrenched in Bay Area culture and music, 40 also belongs to The Click, which includes his cousin B-Legit, sister Suga-T and brother D-Shot. Aside from his solo albums, his Sick Wid It Records label has released music from a host of Bay Area artists.
