Earl Sweatshirt

Rapper A member of the eccentric LA based rap group Odd Future (OF), Thebe Kgositsile transformed into Earl Sweatshirt the MC after being discovered by OF's Tyler, the Creator via MySpace.  He dropped his first mixtape, Earl, in 2010 before taking a hiatus to Samoa for boarding school.  The young Columbia Records signee returned to the States in 2012, subsequently dropping his debut LP Doris.  Predominantly self-produced, the album--which features collaborations from fellow Odd Future members as well as hip hop heavyweights like RZA, The Alchemist and Pharrell Williams--has been praised for Earl's lyrical content and production skills.
