Rap Group Comprised of Shawn "Shawn Jay" Johnson and Darion "Smoke" Crawford, the members of the Field Mob hail from an area called "the Field" in Albany, GA.  In 2000, their debut album, 613: Ashy to Classy, showcased playful themes and a carefree attitude that played up their humble beginnings. It topped out at No. 35 on Billboard's Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums Charts. The duo's 2001 follow-up,Tha Roota to Tha Toota, was gold-certified by the RIAA. In 2006, they teamed with Ludacris' DTP label to release Light Poles and Pine Trees, which yielded their biggest hit, "So What," featuring Ciara.
