Herman Cain is a Fox News commentator, food-industry businessman and a 2012 Republican presidential candidate. Born in Atlanta, Cain cooked up a career that landed him in the position of CEO of the National Restaurant Association. But first, he was vice president at the Pillsbury Company and CEO and president of Godfather's Pizza, where he organized a company buyout. In 2004, he made an unsuccessful run for a Georgia Senate seat. But he gained an audience with his Atlanta-based radio show, The Herman Cain Show, and a syndicated newspaper column.
