Hit Boy

Discovered on MySpace by award-winning producer Polow da Don, Hit Boy (born Chauncey Hollis) has become one of hip hop's biggest beat-makers. Originally signed to Kanye West's G.O.O.D. Music, he's produced hits for Lil Wayne, Eminem, Kelly Rowland, Rihanna, Jay-Z and several of his G.O.O.D. Music label mates, including Kanye. Launching his career as an MC, the Grammy-nominated producer released his debut mixtape, HITstory, in August 2012. On June 29, 2013, he announced that he is no longer with G.O.O.D. Music. Later that year, Hit-Boy made it big, producing standouts “XO” and “***Flawless” from Beyoncé’s platinum selling self-titled album.
