R&B Singer/Songwriter Oakland-born Keyshia Cole’s poignant songs about relationship trials and tribulations have propelled the three-time platinum-selling artist to the top of the charts. On her breakthrough single “Love”, Cole’s warm, soulful voice pours out like a mighty river. Her BET television series, Keyshia Cole: The Way It Is, helped make her a household name. The Oakland native has collaborated with artists like Nelly and Chris Brown and was recently contacted by the Queen of Soul herself, Aretha Franklin, to write a song her.  Still giving fans a dose of her reality, the singer's latest show, Keyshia & Daniel: Family First, aired October 18, 2012 on BET.  The docu-series looks at her marriage and family life, as well as snippets of her latest album, Woman to Woman, which hit stores November 19.
