Mike Jones

Rapper Houston-native Mike Jones memorably made himself known for shouting his name in a call-and-response type fashion over his tracks. Although he started out writing songs for exotic dancers, Jones would go on to release his platinum-selling debut album Who is Mike Jones? in 2005. The album included the classic “Still Tippin',” featuring Slim Thug and Paul Wall, in addition to his breakthrough hit single “Back Then.”
