Pooch Hall

Marion “Pooch” Hall Jr. didn't just portray an athlete on screen; he’s an accomplished boxer off screen. His interest in acting hit when he joined a theatre group at his alma mater, the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. In 2001, he got his first big break alongside actress Kerry Washington in the independent film, “Lift.” He made his big screen debut in the films “Blind Guy” with Jane Seymour, and “Urban Sprawl,” co-starring rapper Snoop Dogg and Jason Alexander. Hall starred on BET's  “The Game” as Derwin Davis, the franchise wide receiver for the San Diego Sabers who is married to Melanie Barnett Davis. In  2013, he joined the cast of the series "Ray Donovan."
