Terrence Howard

Actor Known as a notorious scene-stealer for his role in films like Sunset Park, The Best Man, Crash and Get Rich or Die Tryin before his first leading role in Hustle & Flow, Terrence Howard is a true thespian. His performance of the “Its Hard Out Here for a Pimp” off the Hustle & Flow soundtrack even earned an Academy Award for Best Original Song. In 2008, Howard made his Broadway debut as Brick in an all-Black production of Tennessee Williams’ “Cat on Hot Tin Roof” with Phylicia Rashad, Anika Noni Rose and James Earl Jones. Recently he played Nelson Mandela in the biopic of Winnie Mandela, Winnie, co-starring Jennifer Hudson and starred as Colonel A.J. Bullard in the controversial George Lucas action film about the prestigious Tuskegee Airmen, Red Tails.  He has also hosted the BET Centric Soul Train Awards with Taraji P. Henson.
