Before Tremaine Aldon Neverson became a Grammy-nominated R&B heartthrob, the Petersburg, Virgina, native sold multiple mixtapes under the alias “Prince of Virgina.” Since his 2005 debut, I Gotta Make It, he has released three more studio albums, including his 2009 gold album Ready and the follow-up Passion, Pain, and Pleasure. In 2009, the singer won a BET Award for Best Male Artist. The following year, he starred in the ten-part BET docu-series My Moment.
