Rapper Making his official debut with Based on a True Story in 1997, Maurice Young soon developed into one of the premiere rappers of the South. He's responsible for the mega-hits "Nann" and "Shut Up," both of which tore up the clubs, college parties and neighborhood cookouts. Eight albums deep and the Miami rapper is still active in the game and respected for his lyricism.
