This California born beauty started as a model on Paris runways, but Tyra Banks became a star showcasing her curvier figure for Victoria’s Secret lingerie. The first African American featured on the cover of Sports Illustrated, Banks also worked as an actress on TV in The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air and screen in Love & Basketball. She catapulted her star to mini mogul status when she created, produced and hosted the reality show America’s Top Model, which has aired for over 16 seasons. Banks hosted her own talk show, The Tyra Banks Show for five years.
