The Indiana-born thespian began her career on soap operas Generations, Days of Our Lives and The Young and the Restless. But it was in film that Fox gained national stardom, starring in such box office hits as Set It Off, Soul Food, Independence Day and Kill Bill: Vol. 1. She also appeared in the sixth season of the HBO hit series Curb Your Enthusiasm.
