Rapper This Memphis-born rapper specializes in hip hop about hustlers working the corners. His 2000 debut From Da Dope Game 2 Da Rap Game led to two more independent albums, the biggest of which was 2003’s Life, particularly the single “Dirty South Soldiers” featuring Lil Jon. His 2006 major label debut, Back 2 Da Basics (2006), included guest appearances from 8 Ball and Bun B. His latest release 2010’s Live From the Kitchen, featured Lil Wayne on the single “Women Life, Men Lie.”
