Mario

Hailing from Baltimore, Maryland, this crooner became an R&B heartthrob at the tender age of 15 when  his gold-selling self-titled LP debuted in 2002.  Know for young-love tunes like “Let Me Love You” and “Crying Out For Me,” Mario emerged during the early 2000’s wave of R&B boy groups and teenage love singers. But where many of his famous peers petered out once adulthood hit, Mario has managed to keep his star afloat. As an actor, he’s starred in films like Freedom Writers and Step Up. He’s also tried his hand at reality TV, becoming a contestant on Dancing With The Stars and the focus of the MTV documentary I Won't Love You to Death: The Story of Mario and His Mom, which followed the singer as he tried to help his mother fight her heroin addiction.
