Tinchy Stryder

Hailing from the Bow section of East London with Ghanian roots, Tinchy Stryder (born Kwasi Danquah) has added a bold flavor to the grime music scene. Before he launched a proper solo career, he was most known for his connections to major grime crews Roll Deep and Ruff Sqwad. But two mixtapes in 2006, U Know and Lost and Found, yielded his breakthrough hit "Underground." With his own management company signing a deal with the Jay-Z-helmed Roc Nation, he dropped Third Strike in 2010, which including "Let It Rain," featuring Melanie Fiona. It's been raining ever since.
