Ayesha Clapped Back With These Tweets After Steph Got Dragged For Curving A 10-Year-Old Fan

"So tired of seeing this."

Last Sunday (November 19), the defending NBA champion Golden State Warriors scored a road win over the Brooklyn Nets. Before the game even started, a soon-to-be 10-year-old fan rocking a Steph Curry jersey in the crowd got to meet several Warriors players, including All-Star shooting guard Klay Thompson. But when Steph himself emerged from the tunnel of Barclays Center, footage showed the two-time NBA MVP seemingly curving the boy, despite him asking for an autograph and even saying, "Curry, I love you."

That video surfacing on social media combined with the boy's mom writing a whole post about it, as spotted by The Shade Room, paved the way for the NBA superstar to get severely dragged for not giving his young fan a second of his time.

But Ayesha Curry isn't having it. Upon seeing the footage herself, Ayesha clapped back at her hubby's haters, tweeting and attempting to clear it up by saying: "So tired of seeing this. He was looking for a family member in a crowd of 100 people which you can’t see on the other side of the camera."

She added, "He would never purposefully ignore a squirrel let alone a precious little boy."

Talk to 'em!

Here's how it all went down.

  • This is the video of Steph allegedly curving his young fan at the Warriors-Nets game last week

Yes, the footage — without Ayesha's explanation — doesn't paint Steph in the best light out here. And what's worse is the boy was there to celebrate his birthday, with the tickets being his present.

  • Then it got worse when the boy's mom wrote a whole post about it

She said "he even came home wanting to take down the poster he has of Curry on his room wall."

  • the video accompanied by the post had people dragging Steph with zero chill

    Good grief were they triggered!

  • Ayesha saw the slander and had enough of it, taking aim at one of her hubby's trolls while attempting to clear up the entire situation with this explanation

Does that explanation work for you? Seeing Curry interact with kids in the past, we wouldn't be surprised if he and the Warriors personally reach out to the young man to make up for that disappointment.
