Justin Bieber is off the hook in the bizarre paternity lawsuit that was filed against him by a 20-year-old fan.

According to TMZ, Bieber’s alleged baby mama, Mariah Yeater, quietly withdrew the suit against the pop singer late last week. The change of heart came a week before Bieber was scheduled to take a DNA test to prove he did not father a child with Yeater.

Attorneys for the “Baby” singer had planned to sue Yeater for filing a bogus claim once DNA cleared their client’s name.
