1. Lloyd was inspired from a young age to become a singer. His father was a saxophonist and his mother is a vocalist. Lloyd says he was "born into music."


2. The most difficult part of writing of song, says Lloyd, is taking thoughts and putting them into words, then taking those words and putting them into melody.


3. Lloyd idolized Michael Jackson while growing up. Lloyd says Michael's stage presence was "royal."
