Peter Vecsey Got 'Donkey Of The Day' From Charlamagne For Quoting Biggie And Using The N-Word To Describe LeBron And Enes Kanter Beef
New York Knicks center Enes Kanter stood up to LeBron James — both during an on-court confrontation and after the Knicks-Cleveland Cavaliers' game last night, telling reporters, including ESPN, "I don't care who you are. What do you call yourself, 'King,' 'Queen,' 'Princess,' whatever you are. We're going to fight."
While many Knicks' fans applauded Kanter's grit and toughness with King James, longtime sportswriter Peter Vecsey (pictured below), who is white, tweeted about it by quoting The Notorious B.I.G. and including the N-word in saying: "Like Kanter is gonna 2B intimidated by LeBron, guy who stood up 2 Tayyip Erdogan. Imagine him being scared of a n*****who breathes the same air as him."
Wow.
Well, for that tweet, Vecsey earned himself the "Donkey of the Day" from Charlamagne Tha God in addition to a lesson on using his "privilege" from Jemele Hill.

C Tha God said, "White people, I'm only telling you this so you could protect yourselves ... there's never a reason for you to be using the N-word."
He added: "The optics of it are just when it appeared to be a white man and a Black man facing off and an old 74-year-old white man tweets, 'Imagine him being scared of an N-word who breathes the same air as him.'"
And Jemele Hill let Vecsey know that him quoting the n-word – even in a rap lyric – isn't going to fly
Nope.
The ESPN 'Sportscenter' Co-Host then proceeded to school Vecsey on his 'privilege' after seeing another tweet from him where he asked, 'So white people can't quote rap lyrics?'
"The height of privilege," indeed.
