No maternity leave for Beyoncé. The mom-to-be has already started work on her fifth studio album, according to her "Single Ladies" collaborator The Dream. 

"She's ready to work,  She's crazy! She never stops doing anything," he exclaims on TheYBF.com. "I don't know if [pregnancy] is going to slow her down. She's just incredible with doing things, I don't know how she's going to do it, she's just a maniac... in a good way."

It's no secret our Sasha Fierce is the hardest-working chick in show business, but hopefully her alter-ego, new momma Bey, will convince her to take a little time off to enjoy the pleasures of motherhood.
