Mike Epps lost his cool during a comedy set after being served...with a lawsuit.  TMZ reports that the actor-comedian “went BALLISTIC” on a woman after she served him papers during his routine. The incident took place at the Verizon Theater in Grand Prairie, Texas. While Mike was on stage telling jokes, a process server approached him and then quickly served him papers for a lawsuit stemming from an altercation at a Detroit club last December.

After he was served, Mike looked down and said, "White b*tch just threw some papers up on the mother f*cking stage ... b*tch, f*ck you."

He then admitted participating in the alleged brawl, saying, "This is from when I whooped that n*gga's ass in Detroit." Mike continued to verbally attack the woman, yelling, "B*tch, I don't give a f*ck ... suck my d*ck."

The brawl in question is reportedly between Epps, his entourage and a photographer at the Key Club in Detroit. The photographer says after the beating, members of Epps’ camp fired several gunshots at him outside of the club.
