It's Time: Khloé Kardashian and Lamar Odom Make a Big Decision About Their Marriage

The couple has been through it all this year.

Khloé Kardashian is ready to make some changes.

After a crazy year which say her reunited — under not the best circumstances — with her estranged husband Lamar Odom, the reality star has cut the cord on her marriage once again. TMZ reports that Kardashian filed for divorce from Odom on Thursday, and petitioned to have the 'Odom' removed from her name.

The move comes nearly one year after Khloé initially filed for divorce, though she called it off after Lamar was hospitalized following a near-fatal drug overdose and stayed married to him for the past eight months so she could make his medical decisions and help towards his recovery.

Now that Odom is more-or-less back to full capacity (he's even looking to start playing ball again), Khloé is ready to move on with her life. According to sources, the decision was perfectly amicable and Lamar had a heads up that his wife was going to file papers.

It's a sad end to one of the craziest love stories in recent tabloid history, but since California law requires a six month "waiting period" before making a divorce final, maybe there's still a chance they'll call it off again.
