Better Have My Money: Find Out Why the Kardashians Are Being Sued for Millions

Their fame came at a pretty high price.

A company is super upset with the Kardashians for flaking on a deal they reportedly made when the family was still on the come-up. According to TMZ, the Agency for the Performing Arts (APA) claims they helped catapult the family to stardom, and while they made a verbal agreement to some of their profits, the famous family didn't hold up their end of the bargain.

APA, which caters to major brands like Marriott and Lamborghini, claims to have made the agreement with Kim, Khloé, Kourtney, Kylie and Kendall back in 2009. They say they all agreed, verbally, that the Agency would get a 15 percent cut of their profits.

The company says the ladies then went on to make millions after they secured endorsement deals for clothing, footwear, accessories and hair products.

According to the lawsuit, the Kardashians chose to end the deal back in March 2015, with all profits that were going to APA stopping immediately. Now the company wants their money, at any cost.
