It looks like Cuba Gooding Jr. had one drink too many at a recent high profile event as he took the stage intoxicated while several A-listers, including Rihanna, looked on.

According to Page Six, the People vs. OJ Simpson gave a lengthy and profane speech while presenting the Social Impact Award to his designer friend John Varvatos during the Footwear News Achievement Awards in New York.

"Nothing says I love you like f**kingg sugar," he started off. "F**king boxed lunched. I'm drunk now, motherf**kers. Deal with it."

The crowd seemed amused at his unexpected drunken rant, as they all burst into laughter as he continued talking.

"I thought the BET Awards were cheap," he said. "In the words of Spike Lee, excuse my language, but they can f**k you too, Spike."

According to the Daily Mail, an insider at the event explained that the actor wasted no time hitting the bar as soon as he arrived at the event.

"He was hitting up the bar as soon as he did the red carpet and with some liquid courage under his belt, made a beeline for Rihanna," the insider said.

Page Six also reported that he was so piss drunk that he started telling folks at the event about his marital issues. "He was running around telling people about how he and his wife are separated [and] how she was his high school sweetheart," the source said. "He was a mess."
