If you haven't heard of Kofi Siriboe by now, it's time to wake up and smell the strong, dark roast. The Queen Sugar actor has become a star these past few months thanks to his acting chops, his chocolate bod, and now, his love for his mother and all "bold, Black" women.
Siriboe, born in Los Angeles and of Ghanaian descent, tweeted a beautiful message about his mother, and after a "fan" tried to check him for singling out Black women, Twitter went OFF in his defense. Safe to say, Kobi will be getting a lot of appreciative DMs this Valentine's Day.
my beautiful mother is every reason i need to cherish, love, and protect my sisters. nobody will ride for you like a black woman. period.— Kofi Siriboe (@kofisiriboe) February 7, 2017

When you thought all hope was lost with Black men, then @kofisiriboe came along and sprinkled some redemption for the brothers.— Octavia Wright (@Queen_versus) February 8, 2017
