Now that Matt Barnes and Gloria Govan are officially divorced, their main focus is co-parenting their 8-year-old twin boys, but according to the athlete, his ex-wife is making that difficult to do.
According to TMZ, Barnes said Govan is preventing him from spending time with their sons, but she's responded to his claims, saying they're all lies.
In Barnes's legal documents, he is pleading with the judge to redo his custody agreement with the former Basketball Wives star.
While the documents show that both of them want to be involved with their children, they both are claiming that the other is just hard to get along with.
On one hand, Barnes says he has offered to contribute financially and cover the twins' expenses to fly out to him, to which Gloria reportedly isn't here for. On the other hand, Govan says she actively tries to put plans in place for Barnes to spend time with their children, but he makes "last-minute requests" making it hard for them to decide on something together.
To settle this, they are both scheduled to appear in court in April.
