Michael K. Williams Has A New Major Role Lined Up

He will be joining one of the most highly anticipated movies of the moment.

The cast for the new Han Solo spin-off film just got even better with the addition of actor Michael K. Williams.

According to Variety, the Assassin's Creed star will shine in a "key role" alongside a majorly expereinced cast includiing Donald Glover, Thandie Newton, Emilia Clarke, Woody Harrelson and more.

With Williams joining the cast, the film has begun production but won't be available for viewing in theatres until May 25, 2018. There is currently no word yet on who Williams will be playing in the highly anticipated film.

The actor is no secret to largely celebrated television and film projects as he's starred in several blockbusters including The Wire, Boardwalk Empire, The Night Of and, most recently, Hap and Leonard.
