The new season of Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta left viewers gagging as Kirk Frost was caught in the middle of another scandal — this time involving his alleged side chick, Jasmine Washington. After Washington made waves on the last episode of the show, confirming after months of speculation that Frost is, in fact, the father of her son, it looks like the drama goes deeper.
Now, she's speaking up and saying that Frost has been a dead beat daddy, and that he needs to continue to support her and their child — or else.
Trouble is, Frost appears to be evading his responsibilities not just financially, but physically as well. According to documents obtained by Bossip, Washington has been asking a court to order Frost to pay child support, but the case has been put on hold because Washington literally could not find Frost to serve him with her complaint.
She has gone as far as to ask a judge to hold a hearing about his failure to support her and their child next month, whether he shows up or not.
This paternity debacle isn't new. The two have history dating back to 2016 and Washington initially sued Rasheeda's husband last year to prove he was the father of their son, Kannon Mekhi Washington. She claimed they were in a secret relationship outside of his marriage and he would financially support her throughout their time together. The perks she allegedly received as a kept woman included coverage of her bills and even a car.
She claims that once she chose to end their romantic relationship, he cut her and their son off, but she now wants him to step up and support their child.
The drama reached a boiling point on the recent season premiere of LHHATL, when Frost and Washington had an awkward run-in at Joseline Hernandez's masquerade party and he tried to pretend like he didn't know her. Later, she revealed to Yung Joc that they, in fact, have a child together, and then confronted Frost about it on air.
Apparently, he disappeared after that and she hasn't been able to get at him ever since.
