Mathew Knowles recently spoke at Howard University where he dished on some of his present and former artists' weaknesses, with one of them being his iconic daughter Beyoncé.
"Everybody thinks that they're the greatest and they should," he said. "We as label executives, we have to know the limitations of the artists. I can tell you all my artists, the limitations."
From here, he used his daughters 'Yoncé and Solange as examples, pointing out that, in his opinion, Queen Bey is not a natural public speaker, adding that she's just "not good at it." He contrasted that opinion with the younger of the famous sisters, adding that Solange is the better orator of the two.
"See, I would never have Beyoncé up here public speaking," he said before the crowd. "She's not good at it. Solange was just at Yale. She's incredible at it. But I know all of my artists' [weaknesses]. They all have weaknesses."

This all comes on the heels of the former "dadager" revealing that he and his daughters are on good terms and actually speak regularly.
